槟城美食之旅 Penang Cuisine (1)

槟城在马来西亚的北部(link for view map), 以其美食闻名于本区域, 食物种类从娘惹美食到小档口的油饭、炒粿条(河粉)及槟城叻沙等, 其食物风味和其他州属有很大的差别.

这次去槟城, 当然不能错过当地的美食, 吃吃吃~ 抵达槟城已是傍晚时分, 酒店
Tune Hotel位置在Jalan Burmah( Burmah Road), 附近有很多美食中心, 步行5-10分钟就到, 不愁找不到吃的.
第一天的美食攻略地- Lorong Baru ( New Lane Road) 的大排挡, 星期天的人潮超多的说.
(In Penang, we can find any delicious food in anywhere. The hotel i stay - Tune Hotel, have a lot of hawker center, you can get many local foods at there at night. 1st day in Penang, i went to New Lane Road to have my dinner. It is very crowed!)



卤肉 Loh Bak, 槟城的炸五香, 有炸虾饼, 炸豆腐, 台湾香肠等. Penang Local Fried Food, Loh Bak, have fried strimp cake, fried beancake, taiwan suasages etc.


咖哩面 Curry Mee,香浓的咖哩 加上十足的料 如有猪血, 鲜虾, 豆腐薄等, 味道一流.
Curry Noodle, cooked with prok blood, strimp, beancake, tasty!


Apong饼, 鸡蛋制成的香脆薄饼, 很香很脆 好吃. A cake made by flour and egg, sweet and crispy.
